Team Manager Requirements

First off, Thank you for volunteering your time to be a Team Manager. We appreciate all of you.

Below is the list of requirements to be a Team Manager and links to acquire them.

The following must be completed prior to participating in any team activities.

You cannot be added to a roster until they are completed.

1. USA Hockey Registration
2. USAH National Screening
3. Safe Sport Training
4. PA Act 153 Clearances

All volunteers in PA must satisfy the requirements of PA ACT 15 for child abuse screening/criminal background check. (clearances good for 60 months)
